If reservations are booked less than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full as soon as possible. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so by written notice at least ninety (90) days prior to the rental date, his/her deposit shall be refunded less an administrative fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE IN LESS THAN NINETY (90) DAYS FROM DATE ARRIVAL SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
