I am offering the entire basement level of a three bedroom house located near the Highlands area in Denver. This unit will be available for subleasing from late May until the end of August. Included is a HUGE bedroomliving area, your own bathroom, a kitchen sink and countertop with cabinetry, a weight room or whatever you would like to do with it...office??, and a ton of closetstorage space. The unit is unfurnished with a separate entrance from the rest of the household. There are two males in their early 20s that live upstairs. Noise is usually not a problem, but probably not the best place if you need complete silence.
