We have a 2 bedroom house available for subletting from May 18th until July 31stthe half of May is FREE. It is located at 417 12th Street in the Historic Downtown district of Ames and the monthly rent is 515. The main bedroom is large enough for a kingsize bed and the guest bedroom would fit a twinsize bed a double bed would fit, but would be a tight squeeze. The house also has a rather large dining or office area which joins the living room, and a kitchen big enough to accommodate a small dining table. Theres a small storage area outside the kitchen door as well.
