I am currently looking to relocate but just renewed my lease, therefore I am looking to sublet my apartment,for up to 11 months depending on when you would be interested in moving in. The apartment is located right off of exit 339 on I76, off of City Ave., so it is very easy for commuting into Philadelphia.The apartment is located at Lincoln Green Apartments. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, no more than 600 sq. ft., but very comfortable. Ammenities include a full kitchen and breakfast bar, living room, fireplace, small deck with an outdoor closet that overlooks the pool, central air and heat, laundry room, and a walkin closet in the bedroom. There are also 2 pools on the property, and a gym that is available to all renters to use that is included in rent. The apartment complex is gated and is a very safe community with your own entrance to each apartment. Rent is 935 a month plus utilities. I am looking for someone to sublet ASAP.
