Les Frasserands is an idyllic village at the top end of the Chamonix Valley. Fantastic for skiing in the Winter and endless cycling and walking available in the Summer.We are looking for someone to take on the apartment as a week end retreat or residence secondaire. The yearly rent of 600 Euro per month includes electricity not including fan heaters or other high consumption products, heating, wi fi snow clearing. We also have a UK sky dish so sky viewing is available with correct viewing box. The flat is furnished with a double bed, small kitchen table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen and an optional uncomfortable sofa. There is parking for 1 car and some storage for bikesskis etc. There is also garden access. Definitely no smoking. We are 3 mins drive from Argentiere where there are many amenities inc super market, pharmacy, Dr, bars, restaurants etc.
